保固維修條款

本條款僅適用於本公司產品在正常操作的情況下,不包含不可抗力因素及人為導致產品損壞等情況。

保修期:

・本產品保修期從以碧波庭官方APP激活後,開始計算。

·產品提供1年內保修維修,如超過1年保修期限,視實際情況收費維修。如遇到零件已停止生產,導致無法維修之情形,為本公司保有最後核決權力不再受理收費維修。

・為確保客戶維修權益,本產品配有一張『保修卡』,請在保修期內留存保修卡。

・本產品30日內,因產品瑕疵,導致影響使用的情況,經核實可更換新品,如果不是產品本身瑕疵,是人為使用造成的損耗,則不能更換新品。

・本產品的金屬頭配件,屬於消耗品,不列入保修服務內。

ㄧ、下列情況,保修期從出貨日開始計算:

1. 本產品保修卡遺失者,且無法提供購買證明。

2. 本產品從出貨日起六個月以上,無經過激活程序者。

二、下列情況終止保修期服務:

1. 本產品判斷被擅自嘗試打開、拆卸、擴充、更改、修復原產品設計者

2. 連接非原廠APP導致內部電路板辨識錯誤損毀,或是擅自竄改內部電路板之軟體,導致電路板損毀者。

3. 維修中心,無法辨識本產品(如產品序號無法辨識等原因)是由原廠出廠的。

三、若一年內保修期間內有下列狀況將歸列於保修範圍外,視實際情況收費維修:

1. 產品之損毀係因意外或受不可抗力(天災、水災、火災、地震、颱風、雷擊、蟲害),或人為破壞(刮傷、摔傷、卡榫斷裂、敲打、破壞、重擊等);因人為疏失(遺失、 浸泡導致液體入侵、未妥善保管、運送碰撞、使用後所產生的污漬或表面刮傷等),或非產品正常使用情況下所造成的損壞及其他非正常因素所致者。

2. 本產品無經過激活程序,並能提供購買證明、保修卡等憑證,因受不可抗力損毀者,視損壞情況收費,更換新機。

3. 未依照產品說明書上的指示說明使用,而導致損壞者。

4. 使用非原廠DC供電線或變壓器而導致產品損壞者。

5. 連接非原廠按摩儀操作使用而導致毀損者。

6. 使用腐蝕性溶劑或清潔劑、浸泡,以及其他不當清洗方法,導致液體進入主機損壞者。

7. 搭配非原廠品牌精油,造成內部阻塞者。

四、如視實際情況收費維修者,若放棄維修:

1. 公司將維修品寄回給客戶,需自付運費,本公司收到運費,會盡快寄出至指定地址。

2. 為確保客戶權利,送修前,請確認保修期或保修範圍內,可向本公司客服專線諮詢保修資訊。

維修流程

請依所在地區選擇諮詢客服和送修地址。

1. 請打電話和客服確認產品狀況是否需要送修。

2.請妥善將產品包裝好。

Warranty

This clause is only applied to the products in normal operation, and does not include natural disasters and and man-made product damage, etc.

Warranty period:

・The warranty time of BIBOTING 4DX MASSAGER is calculated from the activation of the Biboting APP

The product provides 1-year warranty and maintenance, if it exceeds 1 year warranty period, maintenance will be charged according to the actual situation. When the spare parts have been discontinued and unable to repair, our company reserves the right of final and conclusive decision and shall not accept the maintenance cost.

・To ensure the maintenance of the rights of customers, the product come with the warranty card.

Please keep the warranty card during the warranty period.


・Within 30 days after the purchase, due to any mistakes of the product which may affect the use of the product, it can be replaced with new product after verification.

If the product itself did not manufacturing defect and caused by a human induced damage, it cannot be replaced with new product.

・The product of metal massage head are consumables and not covered by warranty.

I. Please read the following situation as below and the warranty period will start from the date of delivery.

1. If you lost the product warranty card and can’t provide the proof of purchase.

2. The product will start from the date of delivery more than six months and without activation.

II. Please read the following situation as below and the termination of the warranty:

1. Without the permission of company, the customer or other third parties open the devices housing and disassemble, modify, or repair internal components.


2. Please noted that use of non-original APP is subjected to the internal circuit board damage or open the devices housing and disassemble.

3. Service centre, unidentify product ( Ex: If the product serial number cannot match the product), also made in the original factory.


III. If a defect arises during the warranty period and the following situation as below, the maintenance will be charged to the actual situation.

1. Damage to the device is caused by force majeure (natural disaster, flood, fire, earthquake, typhoon, and lighting) or man-made accidents such as (scratching, falling, chipping, cracking, etc.) , warranty also does not cover damages that result from non-normal factors such as personal injury, loss of materials, improper storage, damages on delivery, etc.

2. The product without activating procedure and provide the proof of purchase, warranty card, etc.

According to the damage caused irresistible factors, the maintenance will be charged to the actual situation and replaced with new product.

3. Damage or losses caused by incorrect use which is not in line with instructions in user’s manual.

4. Damages that result from use of a DC cable or power adapter source that was not bundled with the originally device.

5. Connect the non-original massager. 

6. Using the corrosive liquids or detergent to soak, and the other cleaning methods.

7. Using the non-original factory essential oils.

IIII. The maintenance will be charged to the actual situation, if the customer decides not to go through with the repair:

1. Customers are required to properly package the repair products and the freight will be borne by themselves.

When the company have received the freight cost and we will send back the repair products at the specified address.

2. To ensure warranty efficiency, please call our customer service number to confirm warranty information before sending repair products in for repair.

2. Please make sure that the product is carefully packed and protected.

3. Choose a region to send out the repair product.
